Steve & Suz Sommers

Our beloved Steve and Suz have been dancing together since 1992 and began their dance teaching in 1993.  They have co hosted Dance Camp since its inception and originally moved to Tennessee to help Mary manage the camp.

Steve has been a bodywork professional for 15 years and for 13 years has studied body/mind acupressure.  He is the only authorized instructor for this technique in the state of Tennessee.   Currently, he is completing his Master’s degree in Marriage/Family Therapy.

He and Suz have been teaching at Cumberland Institute for Holistic Therapies for nine years.  They offer massage acupressure therapy in four states in the South.

Suz is entering an exciting new chapter of her life with a full gallery showing of her art.  The opening is scheduled for July at “A Fresh Look” in Nashville.   She reports that she has found great artistic support by joining an Artist Coop “Art & Soul”.
